Upload an attachment to an attachment field in a table table field

This endpoint lets you upload an attachment to an attachment field in a table in the case form. The following file formats are supported - pdf, .doc, .ppt, .xls, .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, .png, .gif, or .mp4.
